location was FINE, and the staff seemed reasonably helpful.
my biggest gripe involves the shared room. i booked what i thought would be a normal mixed dormitory, BUT i did not expect such issues. THERE was a creepy man with weird behavior. i felt uncomfortable, and it really detracted from my experience.

Great Location and Clean Rooms!

My room was freshly renovated and located on the 4th floor, I was so happy. The church bells rang at 10am next door, it really added to the cool atmosphere. Very neat place, and I REALLY liked the big kitchen. I will definitely recommend!

unclean shower curtainrushed checkout
The shared bathroom was not clean. the shower curtain REALLY needed replacement. It was quite off-putting. the cleaning staff seemed eager to leave during cleaning time even before checkout. i found that a bit ODD.

missing soapnarrow staircase
The absence of soap in the room was a real head-scratcher. How am I supposed to maintain basic hygiene! It was like a bizarre oversight. The staircase was also pretty inconvenient. Lugging my suitcase up those narrow steps was not my idea of fun. Who designed this place?!

the location was really good, right in the old town, convenient to get around (i walked everywhere).
i had a twin room, but the sound insulation was awful. i could hear everything happening in the next room, including the creaking of the bed, hard to sleep. it was like the bed was in my room.
